The office will accept packages from US mail, Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL and hold them for you to pick up during office hours. Office hours are: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. & Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 5:00p.m.

The office will accept deliveries in your absence. We are not liable for packages, and only hold them from the delivery company until the person the package is addressed to comes with photo ID to retrieve the package. Carriers are responsible for notifying residents if deliveries have been accepted at the office. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender after 1 week. Packages can only be picked up during regular business hours with proper identification. Large packages over 2 feet in width, length or height will not be accepted, especially very large items like tires, computers, cribs, etc. You must arrange for large items to be delivered to your home directly, as we cannot allow people inside your home.
